Amazing, just amazing. The day started off at gas mark two and only got hotter! I have never seen anything like the church that Rachael and Dave got married in, its hidden away in Loughton in Essex. High Beech Church is simply beautiful, no cars, no noise, its incredibly tranquil. Another sweet note to add, as we exited the church from the ceremony, there was a chap on the lawn proposing to his girlfriend – dot worry blog fans, she said yes.
After the ceremony festivities continued at Capel Manor Gardens, a fantastic place, so many little gardens to spark the imagination. It would make an amazing place for an engagement shoot where you would have more time, you can go from english garden to desert shack in 30 paces. The ruins in the garden are actually man made, being naturally curious I found the brochure where they will build ruins for your own garden, might not work in my top floor flat, although it would make the living room more interesting. The evening light makes for such warm photographs and flows through the trees bathing everything in a warm orange glow – I want to go back!
