Kelmarsh Hall Wedding Photography
weddings at kelmarsh hall
One of the most stunning wedding venues in Northampton, Kelmarsh Hall is an absolute delight to photograph. Sweeping views and walled gardens for spring and summer weddings, sculpted architectural features and roaring fireplaces for winter weddings – Kelmarsh has it all. A massive win for all couples is the fact that the interior lends itself to photographs as well as the exterior. One of the biggest worries for many couples is what to do if it rains. This is where the high ceilings, crazy wallpaper and quirky design features play right into your hands. The pictures from the room that pays homage to all things of the orient ooze style and are so atmospheric. I also love the fact that you get to look out over such an expanse of the Northamptonshire countryside as you’re wed. The huge windows pour light into the room and create lovely light for contrasty black and white photographs. Double bonus, because you’re walking towards the light as you come down the aisle, you will be beautifully evenly lit, making your entrance even more grand and dramatic. The brides entrance is always something to behold when you’re married at Kelmarsh, I love that the doors swing open and because of the positioning of the long hallway, the groom will see his bride first, which is just, well, lovely isn’t it.
If you find yourself wondering which flower is going to make your wedding look opulent, textured and lovely, then the answer is always Peonies. It has to be said, these are some of the most amazing florals I have seen at a wedding and all provided by a florist local to Northamptonshire – The Floral Stylist. Feast your eyes on some pretty pastels and one of the coolest couples around, big love you guys! If you’re in need of a Kelmarsh Hall wedding photographer do get in touch, I’d love to hear from you.
