The Brewery Wedding Photographer
Welcome to my page dedicated to wedding photography at the brewery. If you said to someone, the reception is at The Brewery, you’d be forgiven for thinking it was being hosted with the sole intention of drinking up all the lager, ale, and cider in the cellar. You would, however, upon arrival, be completely surprised to find yourself in the height of sophistication, far from a cask-filled cellar. I was delighted to find on my first visit that The Brewery is, in fact, one of central’s premier wedding venues, and watching the staff work, it lives up to its reputation. The space itself is well suited to weddings on a grander scale without the need to turn the room around in the evening to create space for a dance floor. This is a big win, as for any of you who have been to a wedding before where the breakfast room has to be turned around will know, namely because the guests can hear the band warming up and sound checking, and it’s why I think it’s one of London’s top wedding venues.

If you’re looking for incredible evening entertainment, look no further than The SoulJets. These guys are immense. My second photographer on the day and I looked at the rig set up on stage and in unison said, “This is going to be big.” Drums, brass, male and female vocals, these guys had the whole gamut of musical entertainment covered. One thing that really stood out was the effort they had put into crafting the stage, so it looked incredible. An understanding of the performance from top to bottom was oh so evident, and the whole evening oozed class. Put on top of that an amazing performance with an interactive crowd and you have all of the ingredients for an awesome evening. Scroll down and check out the pictures.
Children played a big part in this wedding, and thankfully so, they brought a lightness to proceedings with their smiles and general larking about. Maybe I’m getting older and a little bit more broody, but there was something lovely about watching cousins play together without a care in the world. Giggles, cuddles, and then the resulting naps, children are quite cute, aren’t they? Check out the photos to see just how cute. What would I call my child(ren)? Maximus? Asembaird? Barry? – You don’t get many ‘Baby Barry’s’ anymore, do you?
