I have a single, unwavering commitment: to capture you, your loved ones, and the joy that radiates throughout your wedding day with authenticity and integrity. The Marriott Regents Park has been the canvas for many of the love stories I have narrated, and this article perfectly outlines the uniqueness of each couple, their deep connections with their friends and family, and the importance of having considerable experience photographing weddings of different cultures. With years of experience under my belt, I have strived to master the subtleties of light, framing, and composition. Always looking at my work through a critical lens, I continually refine my skills, enabling me to narrate your story through captivating photos. Having technical ability is one thing, but I believe my work sets me apart because of my ability to react in the moment. J&G really wanted a photograph of the Badeken (a Jewish wedding tradition of veiling the bride on the aisle), but the aisle was narrow and lined with candles. To be able to get close enough to capture this shot and remain discreet may be one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I had to sneak up the aisle, silently, get the shot and then get back to the Chuppah before the couple walked down the aisle together. I think you’ll agree from the photograph that it was well worth the risk. Your wedding day is teeming with moments waiting to be captured, and I believe in documenting each one with authenticity without intruding on your experience of the day.
Wedding Photography at Marriott Regents Park
Nestled in the heart of London, the Marriott Regents Park provides a mix of city sophistication and natural tranquillity, making it a versatile setting for wedding photography. Whether it’s the beautiful green spaces around the hotel or the modern, stylish interiors, there are countless opportunities to create amazing photographs. What I’ve discovered over years of wedding photography is that photos hold immense power—they can reinforce, evoke, and sometimes even supersede memories. When I’m photographing your wedding at the Marriott Regents Park, my aim is to create images that accurately reflect your recollections, filling you with joy every time you revisit them.
Jewish Wedding at The Marriott Regents Park
J&G were married in late winter early spring, so the entire day was staged indoors as we predicted it would be cold, windy and probably raining…which it was. As you can see from the photographs, this didn’t detract from the spirit and fun at this Jewish wedding. The Chuppah was beautiful, adorned with flowers from top to toe, the aisle was lit by candlelight and the natural low angle of light in the springtime meant that where there was daylight, it was easy to work with. Huge windows in the foyer and the bedrooms make shooting with daylight indoors much, much easier. I implore anyone who’s factoring in being indoors all day to really pay attention to how the space is lit, it can make or break the look and feel of your day. G&J had their Badeken on the aisle and it made for the most intimate photograph, I really love that one. You can see and feel the natural, raw emotion on their faces, that’s the magic of wedding photography right there. Two people, completely in the moment, paying absolutely no mind to the hundreds of people surrounding them.
