Wedding Photographer London and Milton Keynes
Documentary Wedding Photographer in London and Milton Keynes
I started my career photographing film stills, which was kind of cool, but then I discovered documentary wedding photography, and that’s really where my story begins. Trying to remain unseen and not disturbing the action, my wedding photography style is all about capturing the natural moments, the laughs, tears and ultimate joy that comes from such an eventful day. I think that choosing a wedding photographer is an incredibly personal thing, so its important that you feel relaxed and you trust them. My portfolio and blog demonstrates the narrative that I aim to capture, telling the entire story of your day, from start to finish. I’m based in London but ideally suited for travel throughout the United Kingdom – and further afield if required. If you’re looking for a wedding photographer in London, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Buckinghamshire or any of the Home Counties then please do get in touch, I’d love to hear from you.
Capturing a wedding day is a great honour; I aim to capture moments between friends and family, happy or sad, as long as its real. Your wedding day goes by so quickly that it’s essential to capture the essence of it, from the roller-coaster of emotions to the prettiest little details. With more and more couples now searching for wedding photographs that stand as pieces of art they can display with pride, I don’t want your wedding to be just another blog post, or a carbon copy from the previous week. I want to photograph what makes your day real, nothing staged or contrived, ultimately delivering a story that you can relive over and over again.
Relaxed Wedding Photography

My style of wedding photography requires me to be completely unobtrusive, not interfering with any situation and letting the events unfold in front of me. I love nothing more than capturing a moment that is true rather than constructed or contrived. Of course it’s always fun to take pictures of you both together, it’s my job to make you feel relaxed to make sure that you have photographs of yourselves that you recognise! I won’t make you run and jump or fake a laugh, my wedding photographs reflect who you are, not who I think you should be just for a picture. Wedding photography has changed dramatically over the last ten years, faster lenses and more sophisticated sensors means we can capture those intimate moments anywhere from candlelit churches to wine cellars in France.Capturing your style is important too, the beautiful venue that may have taken you some time to choose, the fresh flowers, a stylish cake, ribbons and details. Each of these components have taken time and planning, so it’s important to get pictures of these things too, ensuring that everything will come together to create a narrative of your day. Most of all I love to tell your story. I don’t take wedding photographs just to create a blog post or be seen on the latest wedding website, I invest emotionally in each couples day and produce a finished narrative that you will love forever. I go out of my way to create natural wedding photographs that you will treasure. Photos that will bring back amazing memories. Photos that capture your uniqueness on your wedding day.For london wedding photography that offers a little bit more cool, mixed with laughter, fun and a relaxed approach, give me a call or an email, I’d love to hear from you.
